Very big home, stairs are not long so made easily accessible for someone with a bad leg who can’t climb a ton of stairs. Home is very comfortable, beds are comfortable, home is clean, tidy and feels right at home. Has a pond with ducks that come up to you for bread, just a ton to enjoy here at this home.I will return. 10/10 for the owner who is very nice and friendly!!!

-This has 4 bedrooms with doors and an open landing that opens to the upstairs deck where they put a bed and left a blanket with grommets and hooks to hang up as a door. I wouldn't feel safe having children sleep there.
- the dishwasher & ice maker didn't work
-you cannot see the ocean
-the floors were dirty, I have a pic of when we walked in & there is carpet all upstairs even in the bathrooms.
-was told there was a gas grill, but it was charcoal
-contacting the host is very difficult. There is only 1 person to call and it took me days to reach someone. They/he, does not respond to VRBO messages or voicemails for days, if ever. He tells you to call his number.
-they charged$49 to process the express passes and because of their slow response I had to pay the full $15 per day per 3 cars instead of $12.
+ it is in a very nice cul-de-sac so not much traffic.
+There is a small grassy area behind the house if you bring pets or have small children. It is close to the pond.
+the kitchen has plenty of dishes and pans. We had 9 people.
+the cleaning employee did let us in earlier than 4
