Cottage was modern, updated, yet charming and cozy, and has a perfect layout for enjoyment! From the casual yet spacious outdoor seating area that welcomes you in the entryway, through a living area that’s bright and can comfortably host six adults with all the amenities, w/ nice sized bedrooms, and pristine, detailed and up to date beach themed bathrooms, a modern kitchen, with a fun backyard area complete with games, a built-in bar, and a pizza oven! And it’s only six houses away from the Silver Strand Beach! A perfect getaway for a once California girl, whose lived in NY for over 30 years. We had a wonderful time staying at this sweet cottage, and would stay again in the future…

This lil beach cottage is absolutely a dream. Such care and attention to detail was put into it. Perfectly clean, cozy beds, AMAZING showers, perfectly cleaned linens. Such a quiet, warm, and thoughtful home away from home. Our thanks to the owner! We are SO grateful for your attention to detail!

We loved the decor and the front patio for breakfast and after beach cocktails and dinner. It was peaceful and quiet and great weather for October.

Realizing this is a new vrbo, here are some suggestions: the stove doesn't work. We tried to do melted cheese sandwiches in the oven and it wouldn't go on. There is no way to rinse off sandy feet before entering the house. The in suite bathroom could use a shade next to the toilet as it is in full view of the neighbors in back. The kitchen could also use pull down shades as it gets an awful lot of sun in the morning. There are no beach accessories except for 2 chairs, no beach towels, no umbrellas. When there is construction going on right next door, a renter should be notified. The noise from this construction is the reason we checked out one day early.

Perfect getaway for us and friends. The stay and home was great

Upon arrival we were immediately transported to a peaceful oasis. The home has multiple hang-out areas. We had dinner on the lovely front patio one evening. Then, had drinks and barbecued on the back patio the next night. The neighborhood is so incredibly quiet, that we had one of our best night's sleep in years. Excellent location...mere steps from the beach/ocean. A highlight was an early morning walk along the beach where we encountered sea lions and an old shipwreck. Our stay was magical.
