Leider gab es nicht genug Tassen. Es waren nur drei Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse fehlen Polster für die Stühle

Its a great space and provides a fab alternative to a hotel for a group of friends staying in Como. The WhatsApp contact is really helpful. Questions were quickly answered. It is great that it has parking. Good location.

Asunnon sijainti hyvä,satamaan n.900m. Ympäristö hiljainen ja parvekkeelta vuorinäkymä. 2 kylpyhuonetta,pyykinpesukone ja kuivuri plussaa. Huoneet tilavia. Pieniä puutteita. Asunnon siisteys päällisinpuolin Ok,mutta lattia ja parveke likaisia. Eka päivänä jouduttiin siivoamaan ja erityisesti parveketta ei oltu aikoihin siivottu. Keittiön astiasto niukka,yhdessä makuuhuoneessa vaatekaapin ovet jumissa. Myhomecomosta tultiin korjaamaan ja siihen saatiin vähän ensiapua. Yhden suihkun suojalasin tiivisteet eivät pitäneet ja vettä valui kylpyhuoneeseen. Sohva tahrainen.Suomalaisille alkuun ovien lukkojörjestelmä tuotti vaikeuksia. Kokonaisuutena kuitenkin hyvä asunto,mutta pieniä vikoja,jotka kannattaisi korjata.

The apartment was everything we expected and more. It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Location was very good with access to the lake within easy distance.

The padlock to gain access to the keys was very unreliable and needs to be updated. Also the instructions were confusing and need to be rewritten. The lighting system within the apartment was extremely difficult to operate with no clear instructions to be had. In the bathroom where the washing machine was located, there was a ventilator and light which were on continuously throughout our stay which obviously needs attention. Normally when we have rented apartments through Booking. Com there is a representative to greet you on arrival which is very reassuring. When we did make contact with the staff at MyHomeinComo their attitude was indifferent to our concerns about entry to the apartment and offered no support. I also was expected to make contact with them from the UK before travelling to receive instructions about entry to the accommodation. This obviously cost on telephone calls. I also needed a receipt from them for insurance purposes as one of my party couldn’t make the trip. I am still awaiting that.
