The location and the size
I didn’t find out that there weren’t bed linens nor towels until I had paid for the stay and it was non refundable.
No clear instructions on where to leave the trash, had to get help from a cleaning person from the complex that happened to be in a building near by when we came down, he was nice and used his key to open the place where the trash needed to go.
Also, I was contacted by the property asking for a parking entrance remote control that I hadn’t been given.
