We had a memorable stay. I was right to book in this property as we had a very smooth check in compared to previous visit. The host was very accommodating and very considerate with all our small request. It truly exceed my expectation. The lights in room was very cozy and bed mattress were expensive, I had a very good night sleep.

The lady Concierge in MALDIVES lobby was very snob, disrespectful and rude to both guest and security, feeling entitled. Arrogant and moody I would say. She should be in the reception.

You have to pay in advance for your booking! I canceled my booking because you have to pay a security deposit again of 5,000 pesos IN ADVANCE! I canceled it a few hours before my check-in time! I paid 1220.19 but will get a refund of 300! They suck!

The organization was the worst, we were not provided the proper documents to enter the property. This was a scam and we lost our money

The host was very responsive and never fails to set my expectation, very professional with approach. The unit is actually better than what's in listing. The smell or spray they are using is very elegant

The security in facilities will feel you that you are like in prison. Although its good to keep checking, but I think they forgot that they are in hospitality business. They need to change their approach. This is no reflection with the unit owner.
