There was one staff member, Luis, who was such a helpful and kind person. The room was clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work after we returned from dinner and the room was hot. We had to totally repack our bags and move to another room.

The pillow, however, was awful.

Great service from the staff. Family friendly and even halal.

I have been in the hotel a few nights before and enjoyed my stay but last night I could hear a hammering noise and couldn't sleep. Upon speaking to the receptionist at midnight, she said immediately the entire hotel was booked and maintenance wasn't available. I said I didn't necessarily want to change but wanted it investigated as I wanted to sleep. She said two weeks before the room next door also complained. I wasn't happy as they knew there was a problem and still booked me in that room, I eventually fell asleep and reported it to the reception again in the morning but that's not good customer service, this is making money for a booking knowing there the customer will have no choice but to stay the night.
