It was nice and roomy. Loved it. Easy to get to. Loved the fireplace one morning.
King bed was a little firm for me, but it was okay. Would love to have had a smart tv in the living room

Loved staying here. Quiet, with everything we needed. Would stay here again. I loved having laundry and a kitchen. I was surprised how quiet the washer and dryer was, even with putting dryer balls in it. The elevator is street level, and connects to the 2nd floor, so if you are handicapped, 2nd floor stays are probably the best option for you. You're about 15 minutes driving from most places.
You have to check in at another resort. I didn't read the email all the way to the bottom. You don't have to go back to check out, though. You leave your cards in the room and call to say you're leaving.

This really is a cute apartment. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable bed . Grateful for the nearby elevator and in-room washer/ dryer and HOT water in the shower. We only talked with staff when we picked up and dropped off the keys (at other property) both ladies were very kind.
No blow dryer as stated on booking.com- (tried to call and request one-no one answered phone number provided 8:30 am on a Friday morning-Line kept hanging up and stating error) (usually would not be an issue but we had appointments that we were hoping to be presentable) Would have appreciated extra pillows and blankets (just a suggestion).

Location, staff, cleanliness and spacious room
You can here people walking above you.
Sounds like rolling thunder when people are rolling their luggage on walk ways outside the rooms.
Furniture a little dated but it was ok to us.
