The location is ideal, smack-dab in the middle of everything. It's just one block off the strip and is an easy walk to several shows, restaurants, attractions and lots of shopping.
The television reception leaves a LOT to be desired at this location. Half of the TV stations just went out on our first day and didn't come back on the rest of our stay. The other stations don't match their assigned channel numbers. As a result, it's a little difficult to find what you want to watch. We've stayed here 8 times over the last 2-1/2 years and this is and ongoing problem that they, seemingly, refuse to address.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and very quiet. Excellent value

Convenient location, cheap price, good cold air.
Water pressure in shower could take your skin off, dirty in some areas like corners, toilet wouldn’t flush, cigarette or marijuana smell everywhere(hallways, elevator), only 1 working elevator.
