Nice room with hot water, balcony, good mattress and for me a very good location. Very quiet, close to zero point and walking distance from buddhist temple and flag hill.
The rooms face to the north so there is no sunshine.
It might get cold

It is a nice place to stay at an affordable price, the manager and staff are very polite and what I like the most important thing is their cleanliness. so, I definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
There is nothing to dislike in their services.
