Location, practicality, availability of the owner
Staircases are a bit of a challenge after a few drinks. But this is the price to pay to stay in the old town

Amazing location in the heart of the old town but on really quiet street. Great apartment, we were booked into Stdio apartment in the third floor but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Great facilities. Host was lovely, met us at the property, and gave us some fabulous recommendations. Would highly recommend.
Narrow winding stairs to access property - not a problem for us but could be issue if any guests had any mobility issues or with small children.
