Easy access in the city center, clean and good facilities!

The location is perfect, in the very center od San Gimignano, just fifty meters from the Cathedral square, The apartment is very clean and equipped with kitchen, appliances and everything necessary, Claudio, the agent is very helpful and kind, he was waiting for us when we arrived, he explained us everything about history od town, we rented garage which was few minutes far away, (since San Gimignano don't have a lot of car parks esoecially during the summer when is crowdy with turists). Everything was really perfect.

Our visit was too short.

The location is splendid, directly looking both at the historical center and the spectacular landscape, with a unique medieval atmosphere. Rooms are pretty and comfortable. But above all this, Claudio, the host is amazing. He is very friendly, helpful (he even helped us to fix a major problem with our car) and always available. We hope to return someday.

Wow. This place was magnificent. We got lost on arrival, and parked the car out of town, while we called the contact number. Claudio came out to find us on his scooter, and guided us to the location, then gave us parking in his own garage. Claudio is a charming, friendly and helpful man, who went out of his way to show us everything we needed to know. Claudio is a local, and was proud of his town, and his b and b. Claudio's wife has a restaurant in the town. Fantastic location, spacious and clean b and b with kitchen and washing facilities, right in the middle of the old town. A short walk to everything. A fascinating place to stay.

Perfect location in the centre of the town. Specious apartment with equipped kitchen. Very nice view from the window. Nice owner waited for us as our flight was late.

No parking, needed to park outside the walls.

I loved everything about this location! you are in a tower right in the middle of the town and get to see one of the taller towers right from your window. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils so you can make your own meals but it is very well located if you just want to go downstairs and get something to eat from a restaurant or shop. They even had a washer so you can do laundry. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Claudio met us at the entrance right on time. The apartment was next to piazza, very convenient. Good size, larger than we thought, very clean, good heater, with everything you needed, and great views from the windows. We also got underground private garage only 10 euros for the day/overnight, about 5 minute walk. No elevator just 3 flights of steps. Apartment had a washer as well if you needed. Best part was window and chair to people watch and the tower view 😊. Internet worked very well in living room and kitchen, in the bedroom works better at foot of bed 🤣. Overall, great service and place to stay right in San Gimignano.

Absolutely loved this place. The location cannot be beat you are right in the center of old San Gimignano. Look out of the sitting room window and you see the town, look out the bedroom window and you are admiring the Tuscany countryside. Although in the center of the old city it is not noisey at night. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and there was some basics such as coffee, tea, olive oil and red wine vinegar in the cupboards. The apartment has a washing machine. Private secure parking is available. Thank you Claudio for a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

amazing location right in the heart of San Gimignano. spacious, well equipped, wonderful view of all the towers. convenient parking that the host arranged for us. cooked several dinners there.

Super location with a great view and spacious rooms

Claudio was very nice and welcoming. He took us to the garage and to the apartment and told us about the city and places to visit. The location is very pretty, amazing views of the city and the landscape. Great temperature in the summer, no need to turn on the AC. Definitely recommended
