Nicely decorated, friendly staff, good breakfast
We had the smallest room which was tiny . No air on. We were there in extreme heat. Ceiling fan was a help but still very hot

Great location and very tastefully decorated. Clean with nice products, dressing gowns etc
The room is far too small for the price and sadly the bed was hard (and I don’t think I’m very fussy about that usually). My confirmation from booking.com said ‘full breakfast’ which I told the owner but she said this was booking.com’s mistake and did not honour it. The continental breakfast was fine but would have had to pay £14 for cooked breakfast and I would expect this to be included. From now on I’ll always check room dimensions too as I’ve never had such a small room and especially wouldn’t have expected it at that price!
