The Arrowhead Lake Cottage was everything we could of hoped for and more. Phyllis has the house immaculate and the decorations are beautiful. We got the privelege of staying over Christmas vacation. I had reached out to Phyllis to see what decorations would be up and she went above and beyond. She had lights around the front of the house and the main area of the house had decorations and a tree up for us. Phyllis kept in great contact with me and even went above and beyond for us when my husband left a jacket in the closet and she mailed it to us. We cant wait to come back and enjoy Arrowhead Lake during the summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Phyllis!

The house is nice very well remodeled. However, there are a few short comings. The heat was not on when we got there, it was in the 40s at arrival. The only shower has a extra large shower head, but no water pressure to allow for it to work right. There is a large cleaning fee, but WE are required to take the trash to the MAIN gate for disposal. Many of the power outlets are blocked off from use.

Our family’s quick getaway was great . The house was clean and well equipped . The extras left by the owner really made my kids stay . Phyllis left all the stuff to make s’mores in a basket on the kitchen counter , my kids were beyond happy. She also left iced tea packets in there which my wife enjoyed . The little extras around the house were great and everything was labeled for easy finding . The only thing I wish you could have changed was the weather . I look forward to a weekend getaway in the winter if the house is still available .

This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, spacious, child and dog friendly. Only regret is that we didn’t book a longer weekend.

It was hot not to have air conditioning. The place was very updated and clean. The people checking in were not helpful or friendly.

The home was very cozy and nice. It was a great space for my friends and I to catch up. There is no AC and the house was a bit warm, it did cool off at night, but Ms. Phyllis did provide some extra fans for us which worked out well. There were some issues with some of the outlets, they didn’t hold the cords, so plugging things in was a little difficult. Overall, it was a great stay.

Just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and organized. Home owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Check in was easy. We were informed and felt comfortable in the home. Would highly recommend.
