We had a wonderful stay, the location and condo were fantastic. However, there were some plumbing problems that put a damper on our vacation. On the 2nd day the kitchen sink pipe started leaking all over the kitchen. If we were not there the kitchen would have flooded. We put buckets under the sink and kept dumping the buckets so the floor wouldn't flood. I called John H.and he came as soon as he could. He replaced the faucet and fixed the the problem. The master shower also had a plumbing issue. It did not drain and filled up and overflowed everytime we took a shower, making it an unpleasant experience. And lastly on the 7th day, the hall shower clogged and when we unclogged it the back water went into the master bathroom sink, which was gross. My expectation in renting a nice place includes plumbing that works and doesn't require me to be inconvenienced.

I thought the property was perfectly located - far from the crowds of West Bay but close enough to walk there. The rental had everything that we needed and anything missing we were able to purchase before arriving.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals, and the spacious living area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. One of the highlights of this rental was its stunning location. Situated on a picturesque beach, I was treated to breathtaking views every morning. The proximity to local attractions and amenities made it convenient for me to explore the area and experience everything it had to offer. They were prompt in responding to any inquiries I had and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Property was in a great location. Local property management team made our stay super easy everything we needed was at the top of our fingers with a text. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for making this vacation one of the best my fat and I have ever taken. 5 stars all the was around.

My youngest daughter graduated college and what a great way to celebrate her accomplishment. We snorkeled every day out the back door, my daughter and her friend became scuba certified with Bananarama ,exquisite sunsets, and, of course, fresh baked banana bread every morning delivered to our door. We would absolutely book this again.

The building is now 20-25 years old and is starting to show "wear and tear". While it used to be somewhat secluded, it is now surrounded by constant new construction projects, with a great deal of traffic and noise. The rental is still in a great location and well managed, as well as clean. John John and Tulio work hard to keep it that way,

The property was very clean and it is a great location to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The sun sets are very beautiful.

The exclusiveness of this location is incredible. You can walk to all the action and busy beach but it literally does have a quiet, 2 home beach right out front with a small pool and fairly decent snorkeling access right out front. You can watch all the action of the boat canal for the water taxis wiz by, but they don't disrupt your coffee morning. The local staff help was absolutely fabulous and helped us to two events, to the airport as well and were available by phone at anytime for questions. I was really impressed and would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this rental and location! Enjoy!

There’s not much to say that the other reviews didn’t mention. The palace is great! The location is exactly what we wanted- almost private beach steps away from the hustle and bustle of west bay. The space was clean and Tullio kept up with our water demand (4 five gallon jugs) They even left a cellphone to call the driver or maintenance. I didn’t try to call anyone else with it but I assume it would’ve worked. We’ll be back for sure.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying here. It was the perfect location, close to everything yet secluded and private. Hosts were amazingly accommodating. Roatan and this location was everything we had hoped for and we will definitely be back!!

I gave 5 stars because any small housekeeping or on-site management communication issues we had, I feel confident that the owner is going to follow through with! She was easy to talk with through email and very responsive. The location was amazing, so quiet and an easy access to so many things! We will come back!

The condo was wonderful with purified water and everything else you need. We tried the restaurants recommended by Stacy and really liked Las Rocas, Luna at the Ibagaria Hotel and Lotus. Everyone was so friendly. John was great and the empanadas sold by Luis were wonderful. We were able to get our Covid test scheduled by the Las Rocas receptionist. They have a person from the local clinic come to Las Rocas at 7 AM and got our results at 6 PM. Very convenient. We walked down to the Grand Roatan and snorkeled right off the beach and saw beautiful fish. There were macaws in the trees right by our condo. We chilled in the water watching the macaws. The condo was in the perfect location close to everything but away from the noisy part of West Bay. We hope to stay here again. We watched the beautiful sunset every night on the patio. Sad to be leaving.

As numerous people have previously stated, this home is perfectly situated in the ideal location! You have the most incredible view, a small private beach, yet easy walking distance to so much in West Bay. Stacy is a tremendous host: great communication, recommendations, and she set up transportation for us from the airport with Steven (a tremendous driver, resource, and tour guide for your stay!). The home has everything you need and is spacious. Right next door, Los Rocas offers good food, drinks, and easy access to a water taxi to easily get to other nearby parts of the island. This home is a must-stay for your trip to Roatan! Don't miss out on the banana bread and empanadas that Matthew and Luis sell on the beach!

Great week at this property. You feel secluded and private but have a restaurant next door and lots of restaurants/activities/etc a five minute walk away. Plenty of towels and snorkel gear. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Comfortable home, well taken care of, with a perfect location. Quiet beach with a small pier where you can get a water taxi. <5 minute walk along the beach to nearby busy West Bay. Owner and staff are very plesseant and easy to communicate with.

We just returned from our trip to Roatan last night and are already thinking about a return trip! As mentioned by other reviewers, the location of this property can't be beat. As it is around the corner from the main West Bay Beach, it has a quiet, almost private beach feeling to it, but less than a 5 minute walk, you are in the hustle and bustle of the main beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun in front of the condo or snorkeling on the reef just a short swim across the boat lane. We ate at many restaurants, but found that Las Rocas (right next door) had great food at reasonable prices (Elio was our waiter daily and took great care of us). Our trip started off rocky - our flight was cancelled out of Houston due to weather, then the next day when we were able to get a flight, someone inadvertently took our bag from the Roatan airport and then got on a ferry to Utilia. Stacy was in contact with us via text throughout the whole ordeal, and the driver she arranged (Kristie) waited patiently at the airport while we sorted out what happened to our luggage. Kristie then gave the airport her person cell number and then when our bag was found the next day, drove to the airport, picked it up, and delivered it to the property - she was truly fantastic! All and all, we loved the property, the location, and communication with the owner! Thanks so much Stacy, we hopefully will be back soon!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious. It is located in a perfect spot. Steps from the water with amazing snorkeling. It is very private and quiet. But when you walk a bit, maybe 200 yards your in the midst of restaurants, boat charters and shopping.
