Overall, the house was very clean, warm welcoming, and very accommodating. Great location, so close to the beach! Michael was very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend! I definitely will return. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Everything was nice and smooth, booked a last minute reservation for a family of 8. The house has enough space for everyone, received it clean with everything i could possibly need, including snacks for us and even allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier as the house was ready. Communicating with michael the owner was a breeze, always responded within the hour. My only complain is that the house is bright with lots of windows which is nice, i love natural sunlight, but at bedtime it was also bright. Michael was great though and turned off some garage lights that were making one of the rooms brighter for me, appreciated that. Would just recommend getting some blackout shades/blinds.

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Seaside and found this wonderful property. The location was perfect- only 3 houses from the boardwalk and the famous Midway cheesesteaks! The property was very clean and organized, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. My over-sized SUV did not fit in the driveway and the owner did his best to help me find another parking option that would not cost me any additional money, which I appreciated. The property has 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed having dinner on the back deck one evening and liked to sit in front watching the storms or the hustle of the boardwalk. This is a great and convenient spot for families being so close to all the activities Seaside has to offer. I’d highly recommend it to families or groups of friends. We will definitely come back to stay again another time.

Great location, clean, and so close to the beach! Kids ranged from 2-15 and all had a great time and slept great! In addition, great communication and check ins from the hosts, thanks Michael!

This is the ideal spot!!4 bedrooms, 1/2 block from the boardwalk! Everything is automated and clean. They thought of everything for our convenience and comfort. House rules were super easy and sensible to follow. Hosts communicated regularly and were receptive to feedback. Would definitely come back!
