Great location, clean condo, pool is refreshing. Great dining close by.

Condo was lovely and appeared as the pictures show. A very short distance to all of the dining/fun experiences that downtown Stuart has to offer. Downtown is close enough to walk but between railroads and drawbridges, driving is the safest option. The apartment was clean but not the most tidy. All closets were full of items thrown in and things had to be moved for our things to fit. Items like half-drank water bottles, used eye masks and personal items, half eaten boxes of food and a refrigerator full of previously opened condiments. If these areas could be cleaned up, we would recommend this VRBO to all.

The place was just as described, & our host was super easy & prompt when we had a question. The yacht club, to which access was included, is very nice. There’s a bit of ambient noise, but we didn’t mind that, & the view pleasant & the bedrooms & living area all faced the water. It’s close to everything in Stuart. We’d stay there again.

We’d do it again! Great week in Florida, in the hidden gem of Stuart. Wonderful condo with great layout, plenty of room, and outfitted perfectly. Excellent location with choice of two pools, depending on your mood. Walkable to restaurants, stores, and entertainment galore. Only two small glitches - elevated highway partially obstructing view (surprisingly limited noise) and train passing on nearby rail tracks both day and night.

Nick the property owner was great! He made everything so easy. The unit was just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The view looking at the boats was great and the kitchen was well equipped for a few meals by candlelight out on the patio. The yacht club was a short walk as was a great restaurant the tide house. It was such a great location the town of Stuart was so close there were great shops and restaurants and a pretty nice farmers market on sundays. We were close to beaches and we discovered a great seafood shop and homemade popcorn place. Too many good things to say you will not be disappointed! Ok a little traffic noise but you get used to it.

Beautiful condo, with tremendous views of the waterway. Easy access and close to all things Stuart. Worst part was having to leave. Thanks to the owners for the hospitality! Jeremy & Cayce

It was our first trip to Stuart and we did enjoy our trip once we got our bearings. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped (although a kettle for us brits wouldn’t have gone a miss) as well as spotlessly clean. I didn’t enjoy over looking the causeway or the noise of the trains and cars sadly but I was aware of all this when I booked and the noise did fade the longer we were there. I did think from the description and the reviews that it was a shorter walk to the downtown area than it actually was. We have a child with a bad hip so we had to drive to that area each day.

If I could give higher than “5-star” I would! All communication was clear & prompt. The condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the marina. I travel for work and have already rebooked for my next stay. The kitchen not only had the essentials but extra supplies which helped tremendously with cooking! I walked every morning & evening around the marina and we enjoyed the restaurant on property, Tide House. Thank you, Nick, for GREAT service & attention to detail!

We had to take a trip to Port St. Lucie to visit some family members and every time we visit we struggle to find a nice place to stay. I believe we have found our new go to place, the condo was perfect. The location was great, out of the way, on the water but still extremely close to downtown Stuart as well as PSL. The condo itself was perfect, more than enough space for the 3 of us, the bathrooms were large, bedrooms had more than enough space and the living space was super comfortable with incredible views. Working with the owner was incredibly smooth as well, instructions were clear, no crazy rules or checkout procedures, overall a great process. I know my family and I will be back now that we found a spacious, clean and convenient place to stay.

The condo is located in an amazing location. My family and I wish we stayed longer. We plan on returning next summer. The amenities, cleanliness, pool, convince to the sweet town of Stuart, and so forth made the trip better than expected. Nick, the owner of the condo is wonderful and is quick to respond to questions. He even checked in to make sure all was okay during our trip. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful view of harbor. Beds very comfortable. Large bathrooms. However unit sits. Next to train track and passing trains are very loud and kept us awake most of night.

Condo was definitely on Point!! Had everything and anything you needed for our quick weekend getaway. Nick was avail to answer all questions. The View was simply Amazing and all the local Restaurants were minutes away. Too bad we had to leave before the FIREWORKS but hopefully we will see them next year :)

Everything was great from start to finish. Location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the dog-friendly condo community and town of Stuart. And Nick was incredible with each immediate response to questions we had throughout our extended stay.

This location is great for anyone wanting to enjoy the quaint town of Stuart. We were participating in the Marathon of the Treasure Coast, and the location was great in terms of getting to the Expo and the race start. Nick, the host of this property, is very accommodating and gracious. He checked on us to make sure that the accommodations were working well.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and it is just minutes away from Stuart; a town we actually fell in love with. The condo overlooks over the St. Lucie River, which lends itself to lovely sunrises and great views of nature. We found our stay to be very relaxing in this lovely unit! If you enjoy watching trains, as well, this location is as perfect as it gets. If you have a scanner, you can hear both the northbound and southbound freights of the Florida East Coast, and Brightliner passenger trains, getting permission to cross the Stuart Drawbridge during daylight hours (due to bridge work). This gives you plenty of time to go downstairs, jump in the car, and find a location for a photo. If you just want to watch, they can be easily seen from the rear balcony, though photos taken there are a bit tight due to foliage. Stuart itself is a really nice town, which is artsy, hip, walkable, and very handicapped-friendly. There are great museums, parks and restaurants all throughout, and we cannot wait to return! Those with disabilities will have no issues here, as there is ample Handicapped Parking, plenty of room in the condo, and a reliable elevator, which is just steps away from the condo. Just note that there is a "quiet" pool a few hundred yards away to the south, that is walkable with a wheelchair. The main pool, and restaurant, though, requires a ride to get there, as it is too far to walk with a wheelchair. If you have any questions, the very kind and attentive owner always responds promptly. Nevertheless, everybody will enjoy staying here very much, as we did.

Such a fun place to stay! Beautiful view. Nice morning walks along the harbor trail. Very clean and well appointed. Missing it already!

This property is very nice. We spent the weekend and had a great time. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and organized. The cabinets had spices and there were a few condiments in the refrigerator which was a great help with cooking. If you forget a toiletrie there were items that you could use. We enjoyed the view of the marina and St. Lucie River from the balcony . We would recommend this property.

Enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the view from the back deck of the water and marina, and my husband is a train fan, so he enjoyed viewing the train from our front door!

My family and I had a great time this weekend! The condo was the perfect size, in the perfect spot in Stuart and just amazing! Yes it is close to train tracks but it didn’t impact our ability to get a great nights rest. Very close to several restaurants and downtown Stuart with lovely water views.

Just as advertised. Great view, clean unit that matched the pictures that are shown on the listing. Nick (the owner) went above and beyond on answering any questions and accommodating us in any way. Seemed like there were countless things to do no more than 10 miles away with plenty to do within 3 miles as well. We will likely stay here again in the future and even if we don’t I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others. 5/5

Comfortable & nice view. We had plenty of items to cook meals & comfy sleep. Word of wisdom is make sure to move the bar by the sliding door completely out of the door area when going outside so you don't accidentally get locked out...we may or may not have had this happen... Nick was very attentive to make sure we had what we needed & that things were running well.
