The staff was nice.

For a hotel in this location, most guests stay for just one night while transferring between flights. After a long journey, all we needed was comfort: a warm shower, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a nice dinner. Unfortunately, none of these came without problems. We had reserved a baby cot in advance, but we had to ask for it again upon arrival. We couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password and had to ask for that as well. The shower was broken, and since we were only staying one night, it didn’t make sense to request a room change. To make things worse, the phone in our room didn’t work, so every time we needed something, we had to go downstairs to the reception. We were also not informed that there would be no choice for dinner. We were served chicken, rice, and soup, which tasted good, but it would have been better if this had been communicated in advance.
