J Boutique Hotel El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group

We came to the island for a vacation with a group of friends this time and booked the family room here. The space is very spacious, and everyone gathering together did not feel crowded. The whole place gives a clean and modern feel with a very simple design. The location is right on the edge of the busy neighborhood, and it was unexpectedly quiet and good for sleeping at night. However, right next door is a large supermarket, making it super convenient to buy snacks without having to carry heavy bags very far. It takes about five to seven minutes to walk to the main pier. This stay experience was great, and we would want to stay here again next time we come with friends.

It is very convenient to explore the islands and beaches around El Nido from here. The front desk can help rent a motorbike, and it is also easy to get a tricycle. The beach is within walking distance, so you do not need to worry about joining island hopping tours in the morning. The air conditioning in the room works well, but it still feels a bit damp, which is to be expected on an island after all. If you want a place that is simple, clean, and close to all the attractions, this is a good choice.

We stayed here for a few days and really liked the layout. The hotel exterior is very modern, and everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. It is right next to a large supermarket, which makes buying things super convenient. We also found massage shops nearby, which was really useful after running around outside all day. The front desk staff also helped us smoothly arrange an island-hopping tour. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only reason I'm not giving this place a worst review is because of the staff. They are extremely friendly, knew me by name, and are so helpful that I was surprised and can't remember having a best customer service than this. Kudos to all the people working in the front desk! Bed was also comfortable and the AC was very cold, which is great. Wi-fi was decent.

3 main issues: extremely small room; extremely small bathroom; room just by the street and a very noisy place. I was shocked by how small the room was. I could barely open my luggage and move around. The bathroom is also extremely small and when you shower you will make the whole space wet (there's no curtain or separator between shower and toilet bowl which is very awkward and uncomfortable. There's also barely any space for you to put your amenities. The lighting at the bathroom is also bad. Last point is that the room is just by the street with a big glass window facing it so anytime the loud tricycles drove by, i could hear it. They even give you earplugs when you checkin.
