Location was nice. The cabin wood walls etc looks very nice. However in very poor maintenance condition. Management agency has not taken care of it at all. Should be banned from renting out such a facility without proper inspection for ready for rental.

1. HVAC - Cabin was at 85 degrees and HVAC was not working when we checked in. Called for help. They ask me to go to outside unit and check breaker. Full of bushes and no easy access to outside unit still went from other side even though very steep and risky. no follow up on when tech coming. Had to call 3 times. Too much water accumulation in the condensate tank causing HVAC to trip. The drain pipe had choked. Shows no maintenance for a very long time. No cold air after tech cleaned out the drain. Tech had to refill refrigerant. Refrigerant does not go down suddenly. Shows poor management 2. Very Dirty Cabin - see photos, towel, not vacuumed at all, sticky gum was left on bed side table which got stuck to my iphone, 3. Roach - big dead roach in bedroom visible - not cleaned at all 4. Kitchen Outlets did not work - shows poor maintenance/mgmt 5. Hot tub leaking all the time - hard to sleep in room below it 6. Hot tub not hot. Manager tells me remove breaker and reinsert. We come back in evening - now it is hot but water is less than 1/2. By morning it is almost empty. What kind of management is this? 7. Kitchen dishwasher - we start dishwasher and sink gets flooded with dirty water. 8. Pool table dirty - cannot really play as not enough room. Table top was so dirty had to first brush it clean 9. Toilet flushing by itself every few minutes. Could not sleep so turned off water supply when not using. Imagine having to turn off and on water supply every time you want to use toilet 10. Bath sink in back bathroom was not draining 11. Parking - no room for two cars. False advertising. Cannot open door without hitting car parked near Will be following up with BBb. There must be some licensing/regulatory body that ensures such properties are not in the market and such management agents are banned.

the property was nice and clean for the most part . showers and bedrooms were nice.

well the view for one. million dollar views? only if you’re sitting on the couch looking out the window. step out on to the deck and you were looking at a parking lot to the what I assume was one of the club houses. loud music coming from it. we moved the little basket from the fireplace and there was a dead roach. at least it was dead. I took a pic . the bench next to the stairs was broken the screws in the back were all stripped out. the pool table was placed so close to the wall and stair railing it was difficult to play. the hot tub definitely could have used more chemicals. smelled like pond water by the second day. and not all the settings worked . limited parking for 6 guest. not worth the almost 900 I spent for 2 days.
