Great location and views and very comfortable living spaces.
4 bedrooms perfect for a group of friends/family
Cleaning needs serious attention, dusty/dirty surfaces throughout and rubbish on balcony, front yard a bit of a mess.
Carpets throughout were grubby and very worn with mats everywhere which is a serious tripping hazard.
Curtains should be blockout - 1 one room that were had been pinned up in places with safety pins (not a great look).

Beautiful sunrise view over the water and private location
Pillows were terrible and mattresses average. Spider webs and spiders visible, window’s dirty. Doesn’t appear to have had a decent clean for quite a while.

The location was very convenient for us - close to the CBD, very close to a bus stop. We loved the fact that the property has amazing views of the Derwent. We were two families and the house worked very well for the seven of us - loads of space and we never felt cramped.
The shower in the main bathroom was a bit difficult to use: getting the 'right' temperature was tricky and the water pressure was a bit low.

"It's location is fabulous and aura of home is really positive.
Best part was a complete panoramic view of sea and mountain."
