The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The room wasn't very clean overall. While the bed was fresh, the floor, carpets, and wardrobe were really dirty and could have used a proper clean before check-in. It's a shame, as everything else about the stay was quite nice.
