The hotel is in a great location, and the room was neat, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast could have been better, with a wider variety of options.

The Hotel is clean, the rooms are sizeable with all facilities. Good breakfast. My favourite thing about this was the location. Central to everything.
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
The only thing that was amazing was the location of hotel ,the city center, close to everything within walking distance , good breakfast , friendly staff who try to solve problems quickly
The room was clean but the windows were not at all, we took 3 rooms, one room had no refrigerator and another room lacked a transparent curtain, there was a coffee set but no spoons, you had to constantly had to contact the hotel staff to complete the missing

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Location was good, easy access to different parts of the city.
With the exception of Yusif, the staff was very unresponsive. Whenever you had a request it was like they were doing you a favor by doing what was requested. They were always on the phone watching something or talking instead of attending to the guest requests!
