Central location was a major factor for us.
3rd floor provided morning and evening sun.
Bathtub very slippery when wet, so taking a shower, could use some grab bars.

Zentrumsnah, groß und mit dem eingerichtet , was man braucht
Vermieter sollte Putzfirma wechseln

Spacious, central located.
The building is very old, a lot of construction sites nearby, many roads are blocked, not easy to drive around.

The apartment was very clean, in an excellent location, and had almost everything we needed.
Check-in was smooth, and everything was clearly explained, so we had no doubts about how to use anything.
The hosts were very helpful during our stay and easy to reach whenever we had a question.
It made the whole experience very enjoyable.
The bedroom got quite bright early in the morning.
Some of the dishes were not properly clean.
The mattress felt uneven (but it wasn't uncomfortable) and in our opinion, the pillows could need an upgrade.
