The size was good for our group and the pool was definitely a bonus.
Lawns needed to be mowed and the gardens were abit over grown. No washing basket which was annoying and no scrubbing brush in the kitchen.

the house was well presented, and very comfortable
the gardens needed to be cut back. They dropped a lot of leaves and flowers in the pool, and there were a lot of spiders and webs on the path to the front door

Location was very convenient to local shops and restaurants.
The beds are probably due for a change, but the linen was fresh and clean.
