Location, cleanliness, Brand New , excellent customer service
The second floor bedrooms has short ceiling. It is a bit not comfortable.

It was in a good location to the airport and surrounding areas. Everything was clean and contained everything you need.
It was not compatible for 5 persons. The second bedroom was really small and required pulling out a bed to fit two people but once the bed was out you couldn’t open or close the bedroom door and no space to put any items.

Very friendly and responsive hosts.
An awesome add on would be a Levely 2 EV charger at the parking spot, (a rainbow unicorn would be nice too, ;-))
