Nice and spacious location, great view, pool was nice. Close to a nice cheese factory, great for exploring Montalcino and surroundings.

Basic things were missing, like toiletries and salt & pepper.

Very well maintained apartment Very kind and helpful hosts! Definitely recommend and will be returning again

Could add a few more amenities in the apartment

Vergelle Agriturismo is beautifully located for exploring Val d’Orcia, with easy access to Montalcino, San Quirico and the surrounding area. The views from the property and pool are spectacular. The nearby restaurant, run by a relative of the owners, was also a real positive: simple but very good food, lovely homemade cakes and coffee at breakfast, and friendly service.

Vergelle Agriturismo is beautifully located The main disappointment was the lack of communication from the agriturismo owners. There is no reception or clear point of contact, and on arrival we were simply given the key and Wi-Fi password and told to ask at the restaurant if we needed anything. After a thunderstorm we lost both electricity and water. We completely understood that the storm was outside their control, but nobody contacted us, gave us an update or checked whether we needed anything, despite knowing we were staying with a small child. We had to actively find someone ourselves, and only then discovered there was a way to restore the water manually inside the apartment. The same applied throughout the stay: very little information, no clear contact for extra towels, sheets or other questions, and even checkout was handled through the restaurant.

Posizione della struttura Panorama Piscina (nuotabile) Giardino

Aria condizionata inadeguata. Esposizione dell'appartamento.
