Hostel Tivoli

La colazione era buona e lo staff molto gentile: ho potuto lasciare i bagagli in hotel anche dopo il checkout e fare il checkin oltre l'orario stabilito

La posizione non era centralissima

The hostel was so clean, bed was fresh and comfortable, toilets were clean as well. The breakfast was average and the location quite far from the center but it’s near to the bus stop. The staff was so friendly and they let me put my backpack after check out for some hours. Thanks!

The hostel was quite small, but everything was fine with me

Clean and well managed.

I paid Booking.com the full reservation amount of USD 36.95 at the time of booking (see Attachment #1). The payment confirmation clearly states that this amount included VAT of USD 3.13. However, when I arrived at the property, the owner, Matija, required me to pay an additional EUR 3.13 in tax before allowing me to check in (see Attachment #2, the receipt for the tax payment made at the property). Although I showed him my Booking.com payment confirmation indicating that tax was included, he insisted that my Booking.com payment did not cover this charge. I am not in a position to determine which party is correct. However, the fact remains that I was charged twice for what appears to be the same tax. I would appreciate it if Booking.com could investigate this matter, clarify the reason for the duplicate charge, and, if appropriate, arrange a refund. :::

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il parco e la fermata del bus. Si è molto vicini al centro e in poco tempo si arriva dove serve senza complicazioni. Lo staff è ok, ci ha spiegato tutto senza problemi. La camera singola è comoda, bello che ci sia questa possibilità.

Le scalette dei letti poco pratiche, soprattutto per i letti più alti. Stanze piccole in generale, poco spazio. Il bagno dei maschi è tra i più piccoli che abbia mai visto. La colazione un po' lasciata lì alla mercè delle buone maniere degli ospiti.
