The apartment is really homely, the view is stunning, the beds are comfortable and the communication from Mario is excellent. For the money, it is absolutely brilliant.

Location, Location, Location. Good facilities, nice area of Barcelona, friendly staff, great views of the Cathedral.

Great location, just 5 minutes from La Sagrada Familia and metro station, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The owner was very responsive, with an immediate visit to address an issue with the shower.

While the apartment was very clean and well equipped, it could do with some sprucing up. Furnishings are a bit tired and some fixtures /fittings need attention.

Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, many restaurants, subway. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, quite spacious rooms.

Challanging to set the water temperature under the shower but it is not a big issue, just reqiure some more time than usually.

Very nice apartment for five of us, we had three individual bedrooms with very comfotable beds. There is dish maschine that suprise me and washing maschine. The view is absolutely amazing, same day and night. good location. contact with the owner amazing, we could check in earlier that i really appriciate.

The position is very comfortable, 5 minute from sagrada familia, the view from the balcony is more beautiful than it looks in the photo, the apartment is very modern and clean

Location was good - 7 mins walk from Sagrada Familia and we could see it from the balcony. Mario was kind enough to let us stay till 3pm before we headed to the airport. He was also accommodating when it was my error in the number of people staying there. We just needed to top up the difference. Please see my reviews on what I didn't like about this place.

We were not greeted by the host (unlike as stated by the other tenants) - that's besides the point. Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3.30 pm, the cleaners were still preparing the place for us so we had to wait for them to finish. Mario was not very nice when he commented that we arrived early!! Upon checking-out, I spoke to him over the phone, and he accused us of taking the iphone cable & charger of one of his cleaners (that was kept in the kitchen cabinet which I happen to see when I was looking for dishwashing liquid). The girl asked me if I saw charger (using google translate) and I went straight to the cabinet to show her but it was gone and there was another plug there which was not the one I saw – we were using android phones and I told Mario we did not take it but he kept asking me to check my bags!! Note: her brother came at 12pm to do the cleaning and I told Mario that he could have taken it and now they are pointing the fingers at us! Mario said I should not get upset about this!!!! The company renting out this place needs to do repairs before they rent it out again - One bedroom window blind could not be rolled-up; the dryer door was broken (literally no glass); the bedroom door couldn’t be opened fully as it scraped the floor; bathroom door was creaky and woke up the rest if someone goes to the toilet.

The location is excellent and the view of the Sagrada Familia was mesmerizing, especially at night. The metro is close, places to eat and it's an easy 20 minute walk to main areas.

The decor and amenities were lacking and looked much more curated in the photos. You can tell the apartment is not really lived in and is just for tourism. Things like extra toilet paper, paper towels would have been nice. I forgot to check the bathroom situation, it really should have two bathrooms with places for 6 people and the one it has is tiny.
