Location and reasonable room rates, beds were comfy. Staff all were very helpful

Very central location for a good price. The room was spacious and cleaned each day. We noticed the floors were mopped as well as swept (which isn’t common in Vietnam). The lady on reception during the day was lovely and friendly.
There was ants in the bathroom coming out of a crack on the wall. We managed to lodge some tissue in there to stop them but this isn’t great :/ also the ma on reception during night time hours was unhelpful and rude. When asked to provide new towels (as we forgot to turn our door sign round) he refused and said we’d have to wait until the morning (this was at 10pm). And he also refused to give me toilet paper upon request. I don’t see the point of having someone on reception during the nighttime if they aren’t going to be helpful.
