Absolutely fantastic location in Berat. The villa is situated just outside the city centre, yet all major attractions are within a few minutes' walk. It offers everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including spacious rooms, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, and more than enough towels. A special mention goes to the lovely feline residents, a family of five cats, with Brownie being the cutest of them all! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the homemade baklava was absolutely delicious. Thank you again for that wonderful treat. Within 600 metres, there is a large supermarket and a great café, while a wide selection of restaurants and shops can be reached within a 10-12 minute walk. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone visiting Berat.

Everything was just perfect.

The apartment was very roomy, it had it all, large living room, dining table in the kitchen, two rooms, bathroom. There's private parking behind locked door for motorcycles. The host was very sweet and welcoming.

Well... we did find 2 beetles (thought it was cockroaches, but they weren't). Not bothered much by them myself, but some might be upset. During the night (at 3am) there were roosters crowing, also groups of dogs barking day and night. Not the calmest of neighborhood. Not very close to the centre.

Apartment was spacious and quiet. Short walk from centre. Aircon in every room. Private parking and apartment was easy to find. Lovely cats ❤️

Some pots and pans were not in ideal condition.

Great value for money, very clean and excellent location to explore Berat. The hosts were lovely and prepared us beautiful presented water melon. Plenty of free parking directly outside and in a safe neighbourhood.
