This was a beautiful room, very comfortable and quiet, tastefully decorated with handmade things. The owners were very friendly and greeted us with very nice glasses of wine and all of the instructions. The location in Tihany is very good, with free parking and an easy, uphill walk into the central area. In late September, early October, Tihany is not very busy, so some of the restaurants were either not open or not busy.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful! We arrived a bit earlier than expected, yet they were able to instruct us to enter the property and park our car in the driveway. They arrived quickly and showed us around the lovely room we booked and even offered us glasses of chilled white wine (which was delectable). The location is on the quieter, residential side of Tihany, just a short walk away from the Abbey.
Everything was great. There isn't a thing I didn't like about this place.
