Very comfortable stay for our family, top level customer service, and great responsiveness and adaptability to our requests. Next to an amazing sea spot as well.

Great location and lovely hosts!

The shower curtains were moldy

The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Space was good, had all facilities such as laundry, iron, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, self-catering (thought not used the gas cooker), dinning table, cleaning items( brushes, mop), towels, fan( didn't need to use this time). The fridge/freezer was large with lots of room for everything. Every room has a mirror, a TV in the living room. The property representative was there waiting for us and showed us everything, how to use them. Came on time and waited for us to return to the apartment so we can have the keys back to them in a timely manner. Lovely people, quick response, very kind and down to earth.

Extra bedding would have been nice. Double size beds are not the big double beds( it seems like this is all over Egypt as my other hotel had the same size beds🙂)
