Apartment is nice, walkable distance to city center (30min-1h) depending where you want to go. Metro is also close by. Comfortable bed and equipped with basic necessities. Key collection 10 min away but available 24h and convenient if you don't have big luggage.
The shower is a struggle (pressure low and longer wait for hot water) but manageable. We bought coffee and shampoo and stuff that was missing and left it there, hopefully they leave it for next people.

The apartment was recently renewed. Top notch. Good connections and easy to find.
Even as we arrived earlier that 4pm for check in, they let us bring in the bags. Hostess was kind and forth coming.
If I revisit Rome, will check them first out.
Recommended. I wish I had been able to stay longer.
Absolutely nothing.

Good value for money. The location is quite convenient – close to the Metro and about 20 minutes(on foot) from the Colosseum. Air conditioning was a big plus during the summer.
Clean bed and bathroom.
There was no TV (which could have helped with room acoustics), the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the shower was very small with low water pressure and slow hot water.
