We spent five wonderful days here with our family, renting the entire property, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Both the property itself and the hospitality of Demelsa and her lovely family exceeded our expectations. The estate is truly stunning - a huge, private and peaceful property with its own gate and a long private driveway. The house beautifully combines traditional Puglian rustic style with modern comfort and a very high standard. Nothing feels old-fashioned: the interiors are stylish, comfortable and tastefully designed. The main house has two bedrooms and air conditioning, while the separate guest building offers two additional rooms, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning and refrigerator. This gave our family plenty of space and privacy. We especially loved the magnificent terrace with its huge wooden table, the large lawn, swimming pool and high-quality outdoor furniture. The fire pit and barbecue area was another highlight, with plenty of firewood thoughtfully provided by Demelsa. Spending evenings together around the fire was truly wonderful. The welcome was also exceptional. Demelsa prepared fresh fruit and delicious local specialities for our arrival, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. We genuinely loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this property. The combination of the beautiful setting, excellent standard, privacy, wonderful hospitality and very fair price makes it a truly special place.

If I had to be extremely picky, I would mention the mattresses in some of the beds. The overall sleeping comfort was fine, but the spring construction of the mattress on a double bed means that when one person turns over, the whole bed tends to shake. This is a very minor detail, though, and certainly something that most guests may not even notice or find bothersome.

This was one of our favorite stays in many. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly valued. The entire family turned up to welcome us and show us around, and provided great touches - like a delicious homemade treat - that made us feel like we were friends and not just customers. They really went over and above. The house was very cozy and well-appointed. It stayed so cool and comfortable that we didn't even have to use the A/C. The quiet and tranquil location was very relaxing, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool area and porch. The washing machine and laundry facilities made it easy to do laundry, and the kitchen was well-appointed and laid out in an efficient manner. The bedrooms were of a good size and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition and the entire villa is very functional. There were a number of excellent dining choices within a reasonable drive to neighboring masserie or towns.
