Convenient….
As we are foreign travellers, getting the email when landed then having to check-in online was difficult. Would be easier if we could check in a day or 2 earlier & be provided with the door codes by email on the day

Perfect location
The air conditioning was inadequate, and the room became extremely hot during the day despite my stay being in September, when the weather outside was generally mild and pleasant. Housekeeping is chargeable, yet no cleaning supplies are provided, amenities are replenished only upon request, and guests are expected to dispose of their own rubbish. Overall, the accommodation relies heavily on self-service despite the cost.

It was well-located with lots to do and eat in the immediate area. We were able to wash our clothes. Check-in was easy. The area was remarkably quiet.

The room has a mini kitchen and utensils, a pot to cook, microwave and a washing machine which is very nice. The bathroom is also inside the room which is convenient.
The location is ideal if you want to stay near Insadong only, or near the Changdeokgung palace. Other than that, it is at least two transfers to everywhere because you need to walk to the nearest subway station at least 5-6 minutes, or about ten minutes to anguk bus station and then transfer to another subway line and so on.
In terms of the room, it wasn't exactly dirty but there was hair everywhere, on the floor, on the sink, in the bed when I opened the sheets. Cleaning service can only be done with a fee.
