The property owner is very nice and works hard to make sure the guests are comfortable and content with their stay. The apartment is also very centrally, located and easy walk to supermarkets and shops.
It was a bit difficult to find, and it took a couple of Taxi drivers to figure it out.

The room was ok, clean enough and comfortable.
The owner was not very open to discussion. I also understand there was a warning about no refunds.
We booked the room two weeks before our stay, I asked to cancel the refund the next morning because of a change of our travel plans and the owner asked us to find somebody else otherwise he would not accept to refund. Any good accomodation place should offer refund or partial refund especially that early in the booking. We ended up re-changing our plans as I didn't want to pay for nothing.
