Guest house terra mia a Toledo

Good location, decent room size, nice facilities

No reception, only whatsapp host company. No light in the building at night. Google maps sent us to a wrong location with the hotel name.

Everything ! It’s located in the heart of Napoli which is great and saved us a lot of time and money (taxi, uber) Also the room was big and super clean + the bathroom. The check in was easy. Very recommended.

I’d only recommend adding a towel rack on the bathroom wall, it was so much needed

Tutto

Nulla

I loved the room’s decor.

I was disappointed that the bedroom door could not be locked from the inside. I also did not like that the shower water did not drain properly, meaning I had to keep an eye on it to make sure the bathroom did not flood. In addition, although you offer a taxi service, I arranged it in the morning for the following early morning. At 5:10 a.m., the taxi still had not arrived, so I had to call another taxi myself. When the taxi eventually called me to let me know that the taxi was on its way, him was told me it would take more than 10 minutes to arrive. This was very inconvenient, especially at such an early hour. Overall, these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected.
