Location was great just what we needed an ideal base for Melrose
Kitchen looked tired and dated worktops wanted replacing.

Fantastic. A lovely house which is very deceiving from the outside. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Nice comfy and spacious accommodation, quiet location although the workmen came the day before we left to dig up the road, we were out most of the day which was good because they didn't knockoff until 6 o'clock ish,
Garden area was nice if not a little overgrown, on our last night it was quite windy and the trees were rubbing and banging off the property, sounded quite loud during the night
