La ubicación, es excelente.
El apartamento es cómodo, sin ruidos, se duerme muy bien.
El baño es muy pequeño. El lavabo está dentro del dormitorio porque no cabe, pero tiene un espejo con luz estupendo para maquillarse.

Everything! The host was able to allow us early entrance to the apartment, which was very helpful. The accommodations are excellent. Many upgrades throughout the apartment. The door to the apartment is Iltra secure. They have easy to use Wifi, and they have a Bluetooth speaker accessible from your cell to listen to music.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was great. The operator is a pro made this the most enjoyable stay for us.

The location of the property was amazing on a great street. The host kindly allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. The apartment is small but has everything you need for your time in Florence and was clean and tidy.
Only a few minor issues the shower is really small so found using the hand shower was best. Also not the apartments or hosts fault but the neighbours were quite noisy especially early in the morning.
