The house had no power and roaches. After about 30 minutes of trying to contact them. The property manager called to switch me to another property, but
was not willing to issue any compensation for my families inconvenience. One was 5 mins away, and the other was 15 mins away. We chose the closer one. We were tired and hungry from our drive and had to drive to another location before we could get settled. The 2nd property we went to was falling apart and had wasp. It was my sons birthday and he kept asking me was his birthday ruined. I will never book through this again
