The family who welcomed me were lovely and made me feel very welcome. The location was very close to the lake which is what I was looking for. The accomodation was clean and comfortable
It is fair to say the accomodation was rustic. There was a good size gap around the door when it was closed. No real barriers for the creep crawlies. Other rooms did not aooear to have the same issue. Maybe that explained the low cost. I don't pick accomodation just on cost. The ratings come first and I could just not reconcile the room I had with the rating. For me it was in the 7s. To be fair I was also shown the room when I arrived and asked if I still wanted it. Their integrity was good and I chose to stay. It was value for money for what I paid
