The location is exceptional! Sarah is very nice and replies promptly. It's beautifully decorated and clean.
Very uncomfortable bed, dining chairs are plastic and living room seating is a futon that is very uncomfortable to sit on. There's nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy a bit of quiet time after a long day of walking. Tobacco smell when neighbor smokes. TV remote didn't work due to batteries and were told sorry without an attempt to help us or get us new batteries. Only given 2 towels but there's was 3 people.

Lovely setting in a private medieval compound, a group of little beamed houses set around a grassy square with a large tree in the middle.
It smelt of damp and decay.
The sheets had not been washed either for the bed or the sofa bed.
There were only two towels which didn’t seem particularly clean either.
It was very hot.
Collecting the keys from a place 500 metres away was just annoying.
The door keys to the place were difficult to operate.
No window in the bedroom.
The whole place just felt grimy.
