The location was excellent for participating in San Diego County activities. Freeway access was good and we appreciated that both Costco and Trader Joe's were within a few minutes drive. The place we stayed in was very clean and we especially enjoyed the comfortable kitchen table that fit 6 and the well stocked amenities in every room. Parking was easy and the location was quiet and safe. We had a great time!!!

Everything was exactly as described. We actually rented this unit and one of the 2-bedroom units that Debbie also hosts on the same property in order to accommodate a large number of "cousins" (ages 5 - 40) that were in town to attend a larger family event nearby. Yes, these places are small but Debbie has done an amazing job maximizing the space to accommodate larger groups. The outdoor shared play & gathering space is what really makes this place stand out from the rest. For those who complained about no air conditioning, I say "Throw open the windows and get outside to enjoy San Diego County's beautiful weather!" The location is a bit challenging but that is just the way O'side and Vista are laid out. The place is on one of the main drags in Vista, so some traffic noise is to be expected. But it certainly wasn't bad enough to be a real bother. Definitely recommend this place and Debbie gets an A+ rating for creating a great place for family & friend gatherings of all sizes.

This was a beautiful beautiful house had everything we needed. Even tho there was no air conditioning as is common in many CA houses near the coast, each room had a ceiling fan which kept the house comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive with the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!
