Great place with lots of room for large groups!

My husband and I rented this home for a family vacation that included our 4 sons and their families. A total of 15 (10 adults & 5 children). The home was everything we hoped it would be. We enjoyed the large open area that included the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that accommodated our entire family. We went with the kids to use the community pool several times during the week & we used the hot tub & firepit at the residence. The location was very convenient for our sightseeing in Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, Custer State Park and even Devil's Tower in Wyoming. I have rented over 45 homes over the past 20 years, and I have to say this was the nicest home of all. I would highly recommend renting this property. Buddi was also very easy to contact and he answered all of our questions promptly. For future renters we were able to order our groceries and have them delivered from the Walmart in Spearfish.

The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, serving items, and utensils, and flowed seamlessly into the living and dining areas. The oversized table made shared meals easy, and the open living great-room with TVs in all the right places throughout the house provided multiple perfect gathering spots.The outdoor areas were just as impressive, with two large BBQs, a Blackstone grill, and covered patios on multiple levels offering great views and plenty of seating. The spa and patios made for relaxing evenings, and there were games inside and out for both kids and adults. Parking was more than ample, even for a group with off-road vehicles.The layout gave everyone space—sometimes you had to go looking for people because the house was so large! Bedrooms, patios, and common areas were all thoughtfully arranged and stocked with perfect furniture, never cramped. The addition of a grocery-store style glass door fridge in the garage was a huge bonus, making it easy to store food and prepare meals for a big group. Multiple washers and dryers across levels added great convenience.The location was excellent for local activities, especially off-road adventures. Communication and access were seamless, and it was clear the hosts designed the property with large groups in mind.This home truly exceeded expectations and gave our family plenty of room to connect and enjoy our time together. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for comfort, space, and great amenities.
