This is a one of a kind property, directly on the marsh and water, right outside Beaufort, NC. The property is immaculately maintained, and the amenities were beautiful. The host lives on property and is kind and helpful, but allows plenty of privacy. If you bring your dog, the backyard is fenced which was nice. The backyard is a paradise - pool, grill, hot tub, sauna, fire pit and pizza oven going in. The indoor/outdoor space below the house is perfect for a family/friend gathering and allows enjoyment of inside and the gorgeous sound beyond. We love visiting Beufort, and I will check in with Adam and Sarah in the future.

Surpassed any & all expectations that we had! Pictures do not do this listing justice. It was, by far, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. The sauna, hot tub, pool, game room, the location, amenities...even the showers were fabulous! The host was kind & it was obvious that he has been putting his own blood, sweat & tears into making this property truly remarkable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay for a wonderful beach vacation! Every amenity you could possibly want in a rental is there plus some. Check-in process was extremely easy and the rental and property were so clean. We didn’t spend a ton of time away from the property because we enjoyed being there so much! The hosts were also so kind and were willing to get us anything we needed! We will absolutely be back.

This is a beautiful spot and the unit is amazing. We only rate this property lower because we were very disappointed in the amount of construction and limited access to the outdoors. The owner did set up an option for us to hook our boat too, however, with kids and dogs this wasn’t ideal with all the mud and debris. Construction workers also made parking access challenging at times and you felt like you couldn’t sit outside because one guy was always smoking and they stayed pretty late. We felt like we paid for a premium that fell short at this time. When the construction is completed this will be an amazing spot.
