The check-in process was stressful and difficult. Communication with the property management team was not easy. When we checked in, the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and the bed was disgusting. After we got those issues dealt with, this place was wonderful. Location is great. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We were compensated for the initial inconveniences, and were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful, the lawn chairs and beach coolers were lovely. Overall a good stay.

Short walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Private and quiet street. Across the street from natural preserve so enjoyed seeing lots of birds. Osprey nest, bald eagle nest, great white heron, etc. Amazing and wonderful!

We had a great time staying at Gone Coastal.
The house is very spacious, lots of light and well stocked. The beach is a short walk away, as well as Armand’s circle with a ton of cafes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful area and the beach was not crowded. We definitely would be looking at this house for our next trip to Sarasota.
P.S: if I could change some things, I would replace the queen size bed in the master bedroom with a king size bed, as the size of the room allows for it, and open more closet space for guests, as currently some of the closet space is locked for owners use, and the rest is used to store extra linens, pillows and blankets that leaves little room for clothes, considering there is only one small dresser in the bedroom. Other than that, the place is great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The walk to the beach is beautiful. Dining and shopping is within 10 minutes of walking. So much better than staying in cramped 1 room hotels.

The home is located very close to the beach and very close to St. Armand's Circle. The home was perfect for 6 adults. Everything you need for the beach, plus a cart to get it there! All the sports equipment you could want as well. We tossed the football around, played basketball, kicked the soccer ball and played a game of whiffle ball. We rented some scooters and rode them to the aquarium. We took an Uber from the airport and had no need for a car during our 5-night stay. Everything you need in the house, towels for showering and the beach, all kitchen supplies. We had food delivered with InstaCart. Had breakfast at the house, took food to the beach for lunch and went to dinner in town. Excellent family vacation home and area! Would definitely go back.

Well kept and decorated house with everything we needed. I wish the red tide didn't happen but that's not under the control of the owners.

This well equipped clean home has the best location for St Armand’s Circle and is within a short walk of the beach! My family and I enjoyed playing in the fenced in yard and relaxing in the large seating area when the day was done. Highly recommend!

Lovely place with all the comforts of home and just a short path to the beach. Plenty of space for a family. Added bonus: beach accoutrements! Highly recommend!

Location was fabulous. House was nice and spacious. Not thrilled with the shower in the master bath but, otherwise, a great place for a getaway.

This house is in the perfect location. Its an easy walk to the beach and St. Armands Circle. There is very little vehicle traffic around the house and the yard is fully fenced. This made it a perfect place to vacation with our 6 year old. The house itself is stylish and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The garage has all of the beach toys you could possibly want. There is a soaking tub on the back porch which was weird but cool. The host was great! We'd definitely stay here again

The location is great, dealing with the pandemic, I couldn't ask for a better location that this one. The property is bigger than what I was expecting, nice house with all the supply that you need to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. I will love to go back and rent the same property in the near future. THANKS

We LOVED this property. The home was spacious and packed with everything we needed for the beach. The location couldn't have been more perfect and the host was phenomenal with communicating when needed. The only "negative" thing I could say is the umbrellas and chairs for the beach need some tlc. I look forward to coming back next year!
