Zdziwiło mnie, że mieszkanie było w piwnicy. Było wszystko słychać, ale na szczęście nie jest to zaraz obok głównej ulicy, więc jest okej. Lokalizacyjnie seeio bardzo dobrze

Maintenance came several times during our short stay, but it was sorted.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in London for two days. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when I needed assistance.
I really enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The location, cleanliness, and excellent customer service made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend this studio apartment to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again.

The CHECK-IN was very good and we got very quick responses from the hosting service. The TV was good and working well. The apartment looks nice and modern and is in a nice area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, parks and groceries stores. The table and kitchen looked nice. The bathroom had soap/shower gel/shampoo and towels.
-there was a bad smell in the bathroom (sewage) and due to obvious humidity. The ceiling had mold and some wooden furnitures were starting to fall apart
- some blinds were broken,
- The light fuse went down once when switch the lights on/off (but it was very easy to fix, and we got a quick response from service) ( the ceiling lights were taped/glued so maybe the problem came from there. )
