The room is big, the bathroom with hot spring is spacious with big pool. Very nice hot spring bath for all of us. The room is spacious even for 4 person. Enough space to put all our luggage. The staff also provide us scents oil for air diffuser in the room.
Seems like the hotel do not provide hanger for towel like most others.

Location was fine. Bed was good. Room was quiet.
Old hotel partially renovated. Not hygienic at all. At breakfast you need to wear a plastic glove. But for instance the button to call the elevator looks like it has never been cleaned. Hot tub looks like chalk took over the bathroom. Cabins as well. Feel like I wasted my money.

The room was nice. Big with hot spring tub. bed was comfortable. Lots of snacks in the lobby.
Breakfast was not that great, not much to choose from.

This hotel is in a great location just a block or two from the public hot springs and a 15 minute walk or so from the train station. There are tons of excellent places to eat in the area. Bed was comfortable and the room was super big. The breakfast buffet was also full of options.
This is definitely an older hotel that could really benefit from some improvements. The carpet in our room was very stained and you could feel some soft spots under the carpet that I'm assuming are rotten.

hot spring tub! good service overall from staff. breakfast buffet is pretty decent - overall Chinese cuisine with some pastries/cereal/yogurt for western options.
ensure you book the newer Muen hotel as they didn’t allow bookings from this hotel to stay at the newer wing ( due to it being owned by a diff company or something even tho’ it’s the same hotel chain), rooms were bigger at the older hotel, it’s pretty “moldy” like what everyone says and with older furnishings

Got an upgrade for the room, hot spring was good, it’s the best part. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices!
Parking space too small for big cars.
