We had a wonderful stay at Verica house! The host was extremely communicative, clear, and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in. The property had all the amenities we expected and provided plenty of room for our family of four, especially with the 2 bathrooms. Everything was seamless and comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious, in a quiet area. There are two bus stops within a 5 min walk, with connection to old town and all other areas in Dubrovnik. There are at least three supermarkets within a 15 min walk as well. A beautiful small beach is nearby. The host was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about the city.
Some areas of the apartment need upgrades: the shower was leaking, a drawer in the freezer was broken and the electric blinds on the window were not operating well. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and functional, just needed a little care when using some things.
