Location is close but quite, the the layout is great.

The message saying "we are not a hotel" sent to us gave us a bad taste, we understand it's a bnb, but you are in hospitality. As a guest you are told after the booking that you have an allowance of electricity, if you go over this you pay for it. This works for long stays, but if someone is staying a few nights, it's not great. They provide 1 loo roll, and no cleaning products, so if you want to clean the dishes, good luck in your short stay where you are now looking for cleaning products. If it wasn't for these small bits an pieces it would have been a great stay. My recommendation for the owner, yes you aren't a hotel, but you are in hospitality and this should be shown.
